Make showing parsed backtrace at least working

 * Fill always this.parsedAttachments parameter with attachments
   with parsed backtraces
 * Add a ton of Javadocs to rhbzpage methods
 * The window with parsed backtrace should be on the top
 * addNewAttachmentRow is called but made ineffective
