- High-level (Python types) IPTC tags handling: finish the implementation of
   method setIptcTagValue().
- Convert exiv2 C++ exceptions to python exceptions (if that is possible?)
   instead of returning empty strings.
- Add extensive unit tests.
- Document the binding.
