Save the manual type (mdoc, man, or cat) in the index file
of the mandoc databases, as suggested by kristaps@.
Given the well-structured code, this is surprisingly simple.
This changes the mandoc.index database format.
Run "sudo mandocdb" to regenerate your databases.
