Use TIOCGWINSZ to reduce the default -Owidth during interactive use

on terminals narrower than 79 columns and the default -Oindent on
terminals narrower than 66 columns.
Requested by and feedback from pirofti@;
mpi@ and juanfra@ also like the general direction.
