In -Tman mode, support automatic word keeps in the SYNOPSIS
just like in -Tascii mode; requested by millert@.
While here, do not escape the blank characters terminating man(7)
macros; this is becoming more important as we use more keeps now.
Note that -Tman still does not support .nr nS.
