Make the script more robust against different HTML versions of the comment
box location.
- use getElementsByName("add_comment")[0].parentNode instead
- fix bzpage.prototype.changeAssignee Javadoc, which didn't make any sense
- remove superfluous TODOs
Fixes #17.
