The files in this directory are laid out for use with a Linux/MacOS install. If
you want to run them on Windows you would need to have a look at the
(several) shell calls and fix them accordingly.

xreffix.pl and xrefmake rely on the Perl bindings being installed.

xrefadd.pl relies also on the tests (specifically parsekey) being correctly
installed.

Also SWORD locales need to be available.
