Rework how tabs are closed. Change the aerc.RemoveTab and

In order to make automation easier, it's useful to be able to send
commands to aerc via IPC. This can be done by calling the aerc binary
followed by a colon and the command to run. For example:
aerc :read && aerc :remark && aerc :archive month
Security to ensure no malicious commands are run is deferred to the
user. By default the socket is only writable by the user. This is
considered sufficient as the potential harm an attacker gaining
write-access to a user's session can cause is significantly greater than
"can delete some emails".
To ensure users with an according threat model, it is possible to
disable command IPC. mailto-handling is unaffected even though it works
over IPC as it is absolutely non-destructive.

In the spirit of commit 535300cfdbfc ("config: add columns based index
format"), reuse the column definitions and table widget.
Add automatic translation of render-format to column definitions. Allow
empty columns to be compatible with the %m (mute) flag.
Rename the State object to AccountState to be more precise. Reuse that
object in state.TempateData to expose account state info. Move actual
status line rendering in StatusLine.Draw().
Add new template fields for status specific data:
{{.ConnectionInfo}}
Connection state.
{{.ContentInfo}}
General status information (e.g. filter, search)
{{.StatusInfo}}
Combination of {{.ConnectionInfo}} and {{.StatusInfo}}
{{.TrayInfo}}
General on/off information (e.g. passthrough, threading,
sorting)
{{.PendingKeys}}
Currently pressed key sequence that does not match any key
binding and/or is incomplete.
Display a warning on startup if render-format has been converted to
status-columns.

Since previous commit, all commands now support expanding text/template
markup. Reuse that for the new-email trigger command.
Update commands.ExecuteCommand to take optional *AccountConfig and
*MessageInfo arguments. If these are nil, fallback to using the
currently selected account and message (if any).
Pass the proper *AccountConfig and *MessageInfo objects when firing the
trigger command so that these are used instead of the currently selected
ones.
If new-email contains % placeholders, try to convert them to template
markup reusing the same conversion added in commit 535300cfdbfc
("config: add columns based index format"). Warn the user that they need
to update their configuration file.

When handling a mailto-Link or opening an mbox file, another update is
required before the composer is shown. This is caused by the view not

Use a template for compose tabs.
Other available values:
Account string
Subject string
To []*mail.Address
From []*mail.Address
Cc []*mail.Address
Bcc []*mail.Address
OriginalFrom []*mail.Address
When you use To, From, CC, BCC, or OriginalFrom the title will only be
updated when an editing field has lost focus. This is so we don't end up
calling "PrepareHeader" on every keystroke, which will likely error out
anyways since it will be an invalid header.
Subject still updates every keystroke.

The index-format option comes from mutt and is neither user friendly,
nor intuitive. Introduce a new way of configuring the message list
contents. Replace index-format with multiple settings to make everything
more intuitive. Reuse the table widget added in the previous commit.
index-columns
Comma-separated list of column names followed by optional
alignment and width specifiers.
column-separator
String separator between columns.
column-$name
One setting for every name defined in index-columns. This
supports golang text/template syntax and allows access to the
same message information than before and much more.
When index-format is still defined in aerc.conf (which will most likely
happen when users will update after this patch), convert it to the new
index-columns + column-$name and column-separator system and a warning
is displayed on startup so that users are aware that they need to update
their config.

There is only one instance of AercConfig which is associated to the Aerc
widget. Everywhere we need to access configuration options, we need
somehow to get a reference either to the Aerc widget or to a pointer to
the AercConfig instance. This makes the code cluttered.
Remove the AercConfig structure and every place where it is referenced.
Instead, declare global variables for every configuration section and
access them directly from the `config` module.
Since bindings and ui sections can be "contextual" (i.e. per account,
per folder or per subject), leave most local references intact.
Replacing them with config.{Ui,Binds}.For{Account,Folder,Subject} would
make this patch even more unreadable. This is something that may be
addressed in the future.

The main goal is to ensure that by default, the log file (if configured)
does not grow out of proportions. Most of the logging messages in aerc
are actually for debugging and/or trace purposes.
Define clear rules for logging levels. Enforce these rules everywhere.
After this patch, here is what the log file looks like after starting up

Fix popover menu regression by triggering completions after the
simulated key strokes have been processed.
Commit 055c6dc6604f7f ("exline: don't draw completions for keybinds")
removed a double-draw event and reinstated the tab completions correctly
but it did not trigger the completion process again which was the
expected behavior.

When checking for an exKey, aerc inspects the key and the rune of the
event vs the exkey binding. Runes should only be inspected if the key is
a tcell.KeyRune. Some Ctrl-[:alpha:] keys report a rune in tcell, but
aerc does not have these bound to the keystroke definition. Only <C-x>
has a rune bound, and is one of the very few <C-> keys that can actually
be bound to exKey
Only compare the Rune field if the key is of type KeyRune. Otherwise,
compare the Key. Also compare any modifiers with the keystroke/key
event. These changes allow for any control or alt key combination to be
bound to the exkey.

The exline widget works by matching actual keystrokes to a map of
keybinds, and if a match is found sending simulated keystrokes through
aerc. This has the effect of aerc thinking we are actually typing in the
expanded command, and aerc attempts to draw the completions. This
results in even basic navigation having two screen draws:
For example, pressing 'j' to select the next message (:next), draws once
for the initial key event and state change, and again after the
completion debounce timer.
Disable tab completion while aerc is simulating keystrokes. If the
exline still has focus after simulating keystrokes, restore tab
completion.

Add option to specify folder-specific binds for message lists. The binds
are layered: any existing binds in [messages] are overwritten by a more
specific bind in say, [messages:folder=Drafts]. The order is currently:
[messages] < [messages:account=<account>] < [messages:folder=<folder>]

Use contextual ui styleset for tabs and compose widgets. If no account
is selected, use default styleset as fallback.

Update statusline only for the selected account (to prevent other
updates from different accounts to interfere). Update status when
jumping/selecting/closing tabs.
Fixes cosmetic regressions introduced by commit feecc09b73e2
("statusline: make statusline folder-specific").

If a panic occurs in one of the workers, it can happen after the UI was
initialised, but before the cleanup function has been registered. With
this the start of the worker loops is deferred until the cleanup routine
was registered.

Focusing header editors was hardcoded as integers which only worked with
the default ui. If a user changed the UI to, for example, put CC as a
field below "to", FocusSubject would focus the CC field instead of the
subject. This commit reuses and modifies the function FocusEditor to
generalize the focusing of header editors - which can now be called by
name via FocusEditor(name string)

Implement a statusline state for each account. Keep the ex line and the
push notifications global. Add account name prefix to push
notifications. Prefix status line with account name when multiple
accounts are available.
Use account-specific status line for each tab where an account is
defined.
Handle threading, filter/search, viewer passthrough and connection
status.
