Do not store the dependency in tools.go as there may be conflicts with
some indirect dependencies of aerc.
Run gofumpt and golangci-lint from their latest tagged release. This
should fix issues with go 1.20. Bonus, it drains a bit of fat from
go.sum.

In the spirit of commit 535300cfdbfc ("config: add columns based index
format"), reuse the column definitions and table widget.
Add automatic translation of render-format to column definitions. Allow
empty columns to be compatible with the %m (mute) flag.
Rename the State object to AccountState to be more precise. Reuse that
object in state.TempateData to expose account state info. Move actual
status line rendering in StatusLine.Draw().
Add new template fields for status specific data:
{{.ConnectionInfo}}
Connection state.
{{.ContentInfo}}
General status information (e.g. filter, search)
{{.StatusInfo}}
Combination of {{.ConnectionInfo}} and {{.StatusInfo}}
{{.TrayInfo}}
General on/off information (e.g. passthrough, threading,
sorting)
{{.PendingKeys}}
Currently pressed key sequence that does not match any key
binding and/or is incomplete.
Display a warning on startup if render-format has been converted to
status-columns.

Since previous commit, all commands now support expanding text/template
markup. Reuse that for the new-email trigger command.
Update commands.ExecuteCommand to take optional *AccountConfig and
*MessageInfo arguments. If these are nil, fallback to using the
currently selected account and message (if any).
Pass the proper *AccountConfig and *MessageInfo objects when firing the
trigger command so that these are used instead of the currently selected
ones.
If new-email contains % placeholders, try to convert them to template
markup reusing the same conversion added in commit 535300cfdbfc
("config: add columns based index format"). Warn the user that they need
to update their configuration file.

Require that all aerc template data objects implement the same
TemplateData interface.
Implement that interface in two different places:
1) state.TemplateData (renamed/moved from templates.TemplateData).
This structure (along with all its methods) needs to be decoupled
from the templates package to break the import cycle with the config
package. This allows much simpler construction of this object and
ensure that values are calculated only when requested.
2) config.dummyData (extracted from templates).
This is only used in the config package to validate user templates.
Putting it here allows also to break an import cycle.
Use state.TemplateData everywhere (including for account tabs title
rendering).

Other available values:
Account string
Subject string
To []*mail.Address
From []*mail.Address
Cc []*mail.Address
Bcc []*mail.Address
OriginalFrom []*mail.Address
When you use To, From, CC, BCC, or OriginalFrom the title will only be
updated when an editing field has lost focus. This is so we don't end up
calling "PrepareHeader" on every keystroke, which will likely error out
anyways since it will be an invalid header.
Subject still updates every keystroke.

Since its introduction, we had multiple issues with the colorize awk
script with regard to non-GNU awk compatibility.
Also, this script is standalone and the color theme must be hard coded
into it. Reading from an external configuration file (aerc's styleset)
from a non-GNU awk is close to impossible (and even far from trivial
with GNU awk).
Rewrite the builtin colorize filter in C to allow getting the color
theme from aerc's active styleset. The theme is configured using the
existing styleset syntax and attributes under a separate [viewer]
section (see examples and man page).
Export the active styleset file path to AERC_STYLESET env var when
invoking the filter command so that colorize can access it and use it.
I have tested compilation (with clang-analyzer and gcc -fanalyzer) and
basic operation on FreeBSD, Fedora (glibc) and Alpine (muslibc). More
tests would probably be required on MacOSX and older Linux distros.
I also added test vectors to give some confidence that this works as
expected. The execution with these vectors passed valgrind
--leak-check=full without errors.
NB: the default theme has changed to be more minimal. Sample stylesets
have more colorful examples. The awk -v theme=xxx option is no longer
supported.
usage: colorize [-h] [-s FILE] [-f FILE]
options:
-h show this help message
-s FILE use styleset file (default $AERC_STYLESET)
-f FILE read from filename (default stdin)

Since commit c56027b2e69e ("config: cleanup accounts.conf section

The logic is completely broken. Any key is specific unless one field of
the AccountConfig struct has a matching ini:"key" tag. The fields that
are tagged ini:"-" are already handled in the parent switch block.

The filesystem hierarchy standard describes /usr/share as
"Architecture-independent data". This folder is not intended for
executable scripts and especially not for arch specific binary files
(such as the wrap filter).
Lintian reports an error with aerc 0.14.0:
arch-dependent-file-in-usr-share [usr/share/aerc/filters/wrap]
Which I had to fix by moving the filter into /usr/libexec.
Install all filters into $PREFIX/libexec/aerc/filters and update the
default SearchDirs to look them up in here as well.

The index-format option comes from mutt and is neither user friendly,
nor intuitive. Introduce a new way of configuring the message list
contents. Replace index-format with multiple settings to make everything
more intuitive. Reuse the table widget added in the previous commit.
index-columns
Comma-separated list of column names followed by optional
alignment and width specifiers.
column-separator
String separator between columns.
column-$name
One setting for every name defined in index-columns. This
supports golang text/template syntax and allows access to the
same message information than before and much more.
When index-format is still defined in aerc.conf (which will most likely
happen when users will update after this patch), convert it to the new
index-columns + column-$name and column-separator system and a warning
is displayed on startup so that users are aware that they need to update
their config.

There is only one instance of AercConfig which is associated to the Aerc
widget. Everywhere we need to access configuration options, we need
somehow to get a reference either to the Aerc widget or to a pointer to
the AercConfig instance. This makes the code cluttered.
Remove the AercConfig structure and every place where it is referenced.
Instead, declare global variables for every configuration section and
access them directly from the `config` module.
Since bindings and ui sections can be "contextual" (i.e. per account,
per folder or per subject), leave most local references intact.
Replacing them with config.{Ui,Binds}.For{Account,Folder,Subject} would
make this patch even more unreadable. This is something that may be
addressed in the future.

Add a new :multipart command that can be executed on the composer review
screen. This command takes a MIME type as argument which needs to match
a setting in the new [multipart-converters] section of aerc.conf. A part
can be removed by using the -d flag.
The [multipart-converters] section has MIME types associated with
commands. These commands are executed with sh -c every time the main
email body is updated to generate each part content. The commands are
expected to output valid UTF-8 text.
If a command fails, an explicit error will be printed next to the part
MIME type to allow users to debug their issue but the email may still be
sent anyway with an empty alternative part.
This is mostly intended for people who *really* need to send html
messages for their boss or for corporate reasons. For now, it is
a manual and explicit action to convert a message in such a way.
Here is an example configuration:
[multipart-converters]
text/html = pandoc -f markdown -t html
And the associated binding to append an HTML alternative to a message:
[compose::review]
H = :multipart text/html<enter>
hh = :multipart -d text/html<enter>

I had started writing this as an awk script but quickly got stuck with
obscure code which did not even work properly. I jumped the gun and re
did it in go. Bonus, we will not have MacOS's 1987 BSD awk issues. On
the other hand, instead of a 20.0K awk script, we now have a 2.2M static
go binary. If this makes people scream, I challenge them to do that with
BSD awk :)
Basically, this takes text from stdin or from a file and wraps long
lines on word boundaries. It takes care of not breaking up email quotes
nor list items (numbered as well). Also, it is conservative by default
and only wraps long lines and lines that end with a space (indicating
a format=flowed message).
If the AERC_SUBJECT environment variable is defined and contains the
word PATCH, the text is not modified at all (i.e. wrap behaves as
cat(1)).
There are a few command line options to control behavior:
Usage of ./wrap:
-f string
read from file instead of stdin
-l int
minimum percentage of letters in a line to be considered
a paragaph (default 50)
-r reflow all paragraphs even if no trailing space
-w int
preferred wrap margin (default 80)
Update docs, makefile and default config file with examples.
Add a torture test to ensure it works as expected.

Opening an email to view and then to reply will have two tabs open,
and after a reply the view tab needs to be closed manually. Allow the
user to set a close-on-reply option that will close the viewer tab when
replying and reopen the viewer tab in case the reply is not sent.

Use the same name than the builtin "log" package. That way, we do not
risk logging in the wrong place.

The main goal is to ensure that by default, the log file (if configured)
does not grow out of proportions. Most of the logging messages in aerc
are actually for debugging and/or trace purposes.
Define clear rules for logging levels. Enforce these rules everywhere.
After this patch, here is what the log file looks like after starting up
with a single account:
INFO 2022/11/24 20:26:16.147164 aerc.go:176: Starting up version 0.13.0-100-g683981479c60 (go1.18.7 amd64 linux)
INFO 2022/11/24 20:26:17.546448 account.go:254: [work] connected.

Using KeysHash() does not guarantee any stable ordering of elements.
This causes random weirdness when some filters are using wildcards:
[filters]
text/plain=colorize
text/html=html
text/*=bat -fP --file-name="$AERC_FILENAME" --style=plain
When the source order is not preserved, the text/* filter may be matched
first against text/plain or text/html parts.
Use Keys() which does not create a map and preserve original ordering.

Remove `Default: none` or `Default: ""` statements which may be
confusing. If there is no default value, simply do not mention a default
value.
Comment all settings in aerc.conf so that real default values are used.
Adjust man pages.

Currently we have tab to go forward among the tabs, but not backwards.
Add backtab bound to prev-field to make the defaults symmetrical.

Open a user-defined file picker with the -m flag for the attach command
to select attachments.
Specify your file picker of choice with the 'file-picker-cmd' in the
[composer] section of aerc.conf, e.g. "file-picker-cmd=fzf -m".
A '%s' placeholder can be used in the 'file-picker-cmd' which is then
substituted for the argument <arg> provided to :attach -m <arg>.
For example, when you set 'file-picker-cmd=find %s -type f | fzf -m',
you can easily change the directory to start the search with ':attach -m
<path-to-search>'.
Tested with fzf, fzy and peco.

Allow configuring persistent logging to file with a log level. When
redirecting the output of aerc to a file these two settings are ignored
and all messages are printed to stdout.
