The mimetype of attachments are set by the sender, which can results in
attachments getting not so useful mimetypes (e.g.
application/octet-stream for a csv). Allow matching filter against
filenames directly, by adding the `.filename,` and `.filename,~` syntax,
similarly to headers.
Changelog-added: Match filters on filename via `.filename,~<regexp> =`.

Add a new setting to configure the default split layout for message list
tabs. The syntax is a bit different from the :split and :vsplit commands
since it needs to convey the direction in the value as well. I didn't
reuse split/vsplit since they are a bit confusing when used in
a configuration file.
The syntax is as follows:
message-list-split = [<direction>] <size>
The direction is optional and defaults to horizontal. The size is the
number of terminal cells that will be used to display the message list.
All these examples are equivalent:
message-list-split = horiz 12
message-list-split = h 12
message-list-split = 12
Same idea for vertical splits:
message-list-split = vertical 120
message-list-split = vert 120
message-list-split = v 120
Both :split and :vsplit commands remain usable as before. The
configuration options only affect the initial layout at startup.
Add config.SPLIT_* constants and sanitize AccountView.{Split,Vsplit}
methods.
Changelog-added: Configure default message list `:split` or `:vsplit`
on startup with `message-list-split` in `aerc.conf`.

When loading binds, account-specific binds are first applied, and then
folder-specific binds are applied. However, in the process of merging
the account-specific binds with the general binds, the folder-specific
binds are lost. As a result, if both account- and folder-specific binds
exist, the folder-specific binds will do nothing when in the specified
account. The following minimal binds.conf reproduces this behavior:
[messages]
[messages:account=<ACCOUNT>]
[messages:folder=<FOLDER>]
q = :quit<Enter>
Fix this issue by ensuring contextual binds are preserved when merging.
Changelog-fixed: Allow account- and folder-specific binds to coexist.

The default styleset and ui settings are quite dull and don't make use
of the "newer" features that have been added to aerc in the past two
years.
Change the default styleset to something more colorful that renders
correctly on both dark and light backgrounds. Change the default ui
settings to get something more appealing to new users.
Save the previous default color theme to a new `monochrome` styleset.
Changelog-changed: The default `[ui]` settings and the `default`
styleset have changed extensively. A no-color theme can be restored
with the `monochrome` styleset.

Add a command to allow for reintroduction of messages into the transport
system. This means taking a message and forwarding it to new recipients
as is including original headers. The fact that the message has been
bounced is indicated by the prepend of *Resent-* headers in accordance
with RFC 2822. The bounced message is not stored in the sent mailbox.
Also add an `-A` switch to allow for bouncing using different account
than the one currently selected.
Also add default keybind and documentation entry for this command.
The mentioned RFC also recognizes *Resent-Cc* and *Resent-Bcc* headers
which might be an interesting continuation of this -- currently all
recipients are specified in *Resent-To*. Also more control over the
*Resent-From* header value could be implemented.
This command is strongly inspired by (neo)mutt's `bounce`.

Parse inline comments in binds.conf as annotations to the corresponding
keybinds. Note that a space is required before the comment symbol, so
the comment delimiter is " # ".
Example:
p = :postpone<Enter> # I'll work on it later
where "I'll work on it later" is the annotation.

it should be escaped ("\#"). Comment symbols can be used without

Add a new :menu command that can be used to spawn a shell command in an

There are two flags to provide input text to the shell command which can
be useful in combination with other aerc commands:

'<account>' LF
-d: All current account directory names, one per line:
'<directory>' LF
-ad: All directories of all accounts, one per line:

:menu -dc 'fzf --multi' :cp

Currently, when composing a new message, everything is read from the
template files, except the signature, which is added directly in the
compose code. Add a new template variable {{.Signature}}, by moving the
logic of reading signature from command or file from compose to
templates. Update the various default template files to preserve the
original placement of signatures. Users using the default templates
should not notice the change. Users with custom compose templates will
need to update their templates with {{.Signature}}.

Fix bindings for groups like [compose::review:account=acc1], adds a
proper handling of $noinherit=true for contextual bindings.
Without the patch contexts like [compose::review:account=acc1] are
matching the [view] context which produces errors. Replacing `Contains`
with `HasPrefix` seems to be the right thing there.
Another change lets you really drop all the previous bindings if the
contextual binding has $noinherit=true. Without that the parent bindings
are still there regardless of $noinherit flag.

Add a UI config value to enable showing of "thread-context", similar
to `notmuch show --entire-thread=true`. Add an associated style called
"msglist_thread_context" which can be used to style such messages.
Currently this feature is only supported by notmuch. It would be
possible for maildir to implement as well, IMAP with gmail custom
extensions, and JMAP. This patch merely implements the notmuch version
and puts the groundwork in for handling these sorts of displays.

Allow styling the part selector mime type and (if any) attachment
filename. Remove custom alignment code since now both can be
differentiated easily with colors and/or attributes.

When adding new style objects it is impossible to give them a default
color nor attributes without modifying each existing user styleset.
Also, if the user has an incomplete styleset, some parts of aerc will
have no style at all. These quirks are not nice from a user experience
point of view.
Before parsing the user styleset, initialize aerc style with basic
defaults. Reuse the exact same content than the actual "default"
styleset provided in /usr/share/aerc/stylesets. Comment all of the
default styleset to make it obvious that these are default values.
This has some implications:
* To reset these defaults, the user styleset must now start with these
two lines:
*.default = true
*.normal = true
If these two lines are not present, the default style will be kept and
only changed if the user styleset explicitly sets them.
* Empty stylesets no longer produce weird results.

Do not replace all spaces by <space>, it makes the bindings completely
unreadable. Only replace trailing and leading spaces with <space> since
these are the only one that actually matter. The others are implicit and
it improves the readability level by over 9000.

This patch removes the hard coded letters (which don't make sense in all
languages), and replaces them with configurable icons, like the existing
`icon-attachment` and other icons.
