Add --aerc-conf, --binds-conf and --accounts-conf CLI flags, which
respectively override the default aerc.conf, binds.conf and
accounts.conf configuration files. If the specified files do not exist
or cannot be read, exit with an error.
Implements: https://todo.sr.ht/~rjarry/aerc/209
Changelog-added: CLI flags to override paths to config files.

Add a new :menu command that can be used to spawn a shell command in an
interactive dialog and execute aerc commands for each of the lines
printed on its standard output like xargs(1) would do in a shell.
The shell command can be configured in aerc.conf under
[general].default-menu-cmd and overridden via the :menu -c <cmd> option.
There are two flags to provide input text to the shell command which can
be useful in combination with other aerc commands:
-a: All account names, one per line:
'<account>' LF
-d: All current account directory names, one per line:
'<directory>' LF
-ad: All directories of all accounts, one per line:
'<account>' '<directory>' LF
Here are some examples:
:menu -adc fzf :cf -a
:menu -c 'fzf --multi' :attach
:menu -dc 'fzf --multi' :cp
And also for key bindings:
<C-p> = :menu -adc fzf :cf -a<Enter>
Changelog-added: New `:menu` command to invoke other aerc commands
based on a shell command output.

Currently, when composing a new message, everything is read from the
template files, except the signature, which is added directly in the
compose code. Add a new template variable {{.Signature}}, by moving the
logic of reading signature from command or file from compose to
templates. Update the various default template files to preserve the
original placement of signatures. Users using the default templates
should not notice the change. Users with custom compose templates will
need to update their templates with {{.Signature}}.
Changelog-changed: Signature placement is now controlled via the
`{{.Signature}}` template variable and not hardcoded.

For the maildir and notmuch backends, add the full path of the message
as Filename to templates. In case of a notmuch message having multiple
files associated with it, it returns a random path. Also add Filenames
to templates, which is a list of all associated message paths. This is
relevant for the notmuch backend, where a single messages is shown, if
there are multiple copies of it.
Changelog-added: Add filepath to messages in templates as .Filename(s)

An empty subject, especially in a thread makes it for a slightly jarring

When a thread is folded, it can be useful to know how many unseen
messages lie below the root. For example, one might want to show that
count in the message list:
column-folded = {{if .ThreadFolded \

}}{{.ThreadUnread | printf "%s/"}}{{ \
end}}{{ .ThreadCount | printf "%s"}}{{end}}
Add `.ThreadUnread` to the template functions.

Until now, if less than complete-min-chars were entered or if
completion-delay had not expired yet, the only way to force trigger
completion was to press <tab>.
In some cases, <tab> is already bound to another action (for example
:next-field in the compose::editor context). This makes forcing the
completion impossible.
Allow defining a key to trigger manual completion via the new $complete
special entry in binds.conf.
Leave the default binding to <tab>. Set it to <C-o> in the
[compose::editor] to avoid conflicting with the existing <tab> binding.

The mail-added hook runs whenever a message is added to a folder.
Note that the hook does not run when a new message is received (the
mail-received hook already covers that) but instead runs whenever aerc
itself adds a message to a folder, e.g. when moving or copying a
message.

Fix bindings for groups like [compose::review:account=acc1], adds a
proper handling of $noinherit=true for contextual bindings.
Without the patch contexts like [compose::review:account=acc1] are
matching the [view] context which produces errors. Replacing `Contains`
with `HasPrefix` seems to be the right thing there.
Another change lets you really drop all the previous bindings if the
contextual binding has $noinherit=true. Without that the parent bindings
are still there regardless of $noinherit flag.

When adding new style objects it is impossible to give them a default
color nor attributes without modifying each existing user styleset.
Also, if the user has an incomplete styleset, some parts of aerc will
have no style at all. These quirks are not nice from a user experience
point of view.
Before parsing the user styleset, initialize aerc style with basic
defaults. Reuse the exact same content than the actual "default"
styleset provided in /usr/share/aerc/stylesets. Comment all of the
default styleset to make it obvious that these are default values.
This has some implications:
* To reset these defaults, the user styleset must now start with these
two lines:
*.default = true
*.normal = true
If these two lines are not present, the default style will be kept and
only changed if the user styleset explicitly sets them.
* Empty stylesets no longer produce weird results.

Some distro packages install binaries in /usr/bin that clash with some
of aerc's builtin filters (for example, colorize and wrap). The issue is
that aerc filters dir (usually /usr/libexec/aerc/filters) is *after*
/usr/bin, making the builtin filters not accessible when these distro
packages are installed.
Since this mostly concerns colorize and wrap, move $LIBEXEC/aerc/filters
at the beginning of the exec PATH when running filter commands. If the
intent is **really** to execute /usr/bin/colorize or /usr/bin/html, then
their absolute paths should be used.

Documentation above no-attachment-warning states
"Leave empty to disable this feature".
However, when left empty, it would always warn before sending an email
without any attachments. Change to no warning if left empty.

Similar to switch and .StyleSwitch, add map and .StyleMap to work on
lists. An extra "exclude" item is available to filter elements out of
the list.
