ui: update vaxis
Update vaxis to v0.7.4. Release notes:
- Fix encoding of Ctrl+z in legacy key encodings
- Add new grapheme width calc mode: nozwj where we handle VS16 and
skintone selectors but _not_ zwjs
- Enable forcing of grapheme width calc mode
- Add styled underlines to terminal widget
