[ipmi] add new plugin
Add a plugin to collect hardware data from IPMI-enabled
hosts:
ipmitool sel info
ipmitool sel log
ipmitool sensor list
ipmitool chassis status
ipmitool fru print
ipmitool bmc info
ipmitool sdr info
