[openstack_*] Collect undercloud debug information
If auth information got sourced before sosreport run (OS_USERNAME,
OS_PASSWORD, OS_TENANT_NAME) collect information from nova, neutron,
keystone, glance, ironic and heat.
Only undercloud specific heat information is collected in instack
plugin.
Closes: #955.
