[openvswitch] Add additional captures to help debug with DPDK datapath.
"ovs-appctl dpctl/show -s" for DPDK datapath stats
"ovs-appctl dpif-netdev/pmd-rxq-show" for port/queue to pmd core mapping
"ovs-appctl dpif-netdev/pmd-stats-show" for pmd stats
