[opendaylight] Update directory for openDaylight logs
OpenDaylight karaf logs are now located in:
/var/log/containers/opendaylight/karaf/logs, so
deprecate the old paths, and update the plugin
to get the karaf.log files from new location.
Resolves: #1438
