Subject: Fixed broken path in
 libbe.rcs.RCS._rcs_get_file_contents(binary=True).

I'd forgotten to prefix the directory root, so calling
  be show --only-raw-body COMMIT-ID
would fail if you weren't executing it in the repository root.
