Subject: Added (commented out) /usr/local PREFIX to Makefile.

I got a bit confused and installed be into "/usr/local " instead of
"/usr/local" with
  PREFIX = /usr/local # ${HOME}
With the alternate PREFIX line right there, there should be less
temptation to do again :p.
