Consolidated Makefile and doc/man/module.mk. Incorperated doc/Makefile.
Now
make sphinx
builds the Sphinx HTML documentation (in doc/.build/html), and
make clean
cleans up everything.
Having a separate module.mk was just making things confusing, so I
took it out ;).
