Improved unittest cleanup by adding BugDir.cleanup().
Also simple_bug_dir -> SimpleBugDir class, which allows me to add
utility.Dir cleanup to SimpleBugDir.cleanup().
Still having a bit of trouble with the becommand.new tests due to
bugdir loading though...
